The Fountain Creek Brass Band is a traditional British-style brass band based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. We perform regular concerts around the Colorado Springs and South Denver areas, promoting the development and continuation of music in educational settings and the community. The Fountain Creek Brass Band was established as a non-profit organization in 1998.

Nine FCBB Members Perform with Colorado Brass Band at WSC Honor Band Weekend
Spring and Summer Concert Dates Announced

Frank Hilligas, Laurie Hafey, Norlynn Nelson, Mark Baker, Rick Tiller, Rebecca Gillespie, Bob North, Jeremiah Fowler, and Carl Chevellard performed as a part of the 2008 Colorado Brass Band's performance at Western State College in Gunnison, March 1st. The band, directed by Steven Asheim, was comprised of FCBB members, members of the Rocky Mountain Brassworks, band directors attending the high school honor band weekend, and regular members of the summer roster of the Colorado Brass Band. The concert on Saturday, March 1 featured Frank HIlligas on tenor horn, performing Bob North's arrangement of Rodrigo's Concerto de Aranjuez. View the performance at You Tube.

The Fountain Creek Brass Band's spring and summer 2008 concert schedule will feature performances at Soda Springs Park in Manitou Springs on June 19, July 10, July 24, August 7, and August 14. All concerts are Thursdays at 7:00 PM. The band will also appear at Rockledge Ranch at 12:00 pm on July 4. Other dates include a performance at Challenger Middle School May 20.
